What happens next
- We acknowledge every request within 5 business days.
- We complete most requests within 30 days, as required by APP 12.
- We don't charge for access or correction. For repeated or unreasonable requests, a small fee may apply (we'll quote first).
- Some records (e.g. transactions for tax purposes) we are legally required to keep for up to 7 years and cannot delete on request.
